Privacy policy, in plain language.
We're a family travel media brand, not a data business. Here's exactly what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and how to make us delete it.

What we collect
Forms you submit. When you use our contact, partnership, media-kit, or newsletter forms, we store what you type: your name, email address, company (if you give one), your message, the page you submitted from, and any campaign parameters (UTMs) in the link that brought you here. We use this to reply to you, send you what you asked for, and understand which content brought you in.
Analytics (only when enabled). When our Google Analytics 4 integration is active, it collects standard usage data (pages viewed, approximate location from an anonymized IP address, device and browser type) to help us understand what content is useful. We configure IP anonymization.
Visitor identification on partner pages (only when enabled). On our sponsor-facing partner pages we may use Apollo.io's website-visitor tool, which attempts to identify the company (not the individual) visiting, so we know which prospective partners looked at our pitch. This runs only when we've enabled it.
Cookies from embedded video. Some pages embed YouTube players. We use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), but pressing play still involves YouTube/Google, which may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy.
What we don't do
We don't sell your personal information. We don't share your contact details with sponsors unless you explicitly opt in on a form that names the sponsor. Never by default, never retroactively.
If you join the newsletter, you'll get the newsletter and nothing else. Every marketing email includes a working one-click unsubscribe, honored immediately and globally. Transactional emails (like a confirmation that your message arrived) are sent only in response to something you did.
Retention
Form submissions and email logs are kept for as long as they are useful for the purpose you sent them (a conversation, a partnership, a subscription) and are deleted on request. Analytics data is retained per the tool's standard retention settings.

Kids' privacy
Our videos are family-friendly, but this website is built for adults planning travel. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child submitted a form here, email us and we'll delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll update this page and the effective date above.
